Brian Hartsell
Broker/Principal
Brian is the founder and principal Broker of Key Property Management as well as managing partner of Key Realty Southwest.
As a Las Vegas native, Brian knows the Las Vegas valley well. He is a long term real estate investor and knows first hand how to make a portfolio succeed. He earned a management degree at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and is an avid supporter of UNLV athletics. Brian participates in many charity organizations throughout the community.
In his free time, Brian enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with his family. He is actively involved in the Las Vegas community, supporting local charities and organizations. Brian believes in giving back to the community that has supported him throughout his career, and he strives to make a positive impact on the city he calls home.
With his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, Brian Hartsell is a true leader in the Las Vegas business community. Shayna Balasquide
Director of Operations
Meet Shayna, a highly organized and dedicated Director of Operations at Key Property Management. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Shayna has established herself as a valuable asset to our team and clients. Her keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask have made her an effective leader in her role.
In her role, Shayna is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supervising staff.
Shayna's commitment to excellence and dedication to her work have earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and clients. She is known for her professionalism, integrity, and positive attitude, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.

Chris Sugden
Commercial Property Manager and Broker of Real Estate Services
Chris handles commercial leasing and management services for many of our valued clients. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a degree in Hotel Management. After years in the resort, hotel and gaming sector Chris transistioned into the commercial real estate field in 2018.
Chris has handled all forms of commercial and residential real estate sales transactions throughout the Las Vegas valley and is the Broker of Key Realty Southwest. (NV BS.144229, PM.167869)
Eilee Curtis
HOA and Insurance Coordinator
Meet Eilee, a highly skilled HOA coordinator with years of experience in the property management industry. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Eilee is our clients liason to their homeowner's association (HOA) and residents.
Her passion for property management led her to specialize in HOA communication, where she has become an expert in all aspects of community management, including violation resolution, governance, and maintenance.
As an HOA coordinator, Eilee is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of violation resolution, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating with residents and vendors, and helping to ensure that the property remains in compliance with HOA regulations. In addition, she works with residents and owners regarding property as well as tenant insurance requirements. She is known for her exceptional communication skills and her ability to build strong relationships with residents, owner clients, and vendors.
Pearl Ochoa
Marketing Coordinator and Field Services
Pearl Ochoa joined Key PM in 2020 as our Marketing Coordinator, bringing fresh energy and strategic insight that has been instrumental in driving our growth. With a background rooted in property management and a deep passion for real estate, Pearl combines her expertise with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to marketing.
Her role at Key PM involves coordinating a broad range of marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns and property listings to client outreach and brand development. Pearl’s client-centric mindset and commitment to excellence ensure that every aspect of our marketing is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and deliver the best possible experience.
Licensed as both a real estate agent (S.196710) and Property Manager (PM.0168590), Pearl’s credentials enable her to navigate complex industry regulations and trends with ease, providing added value to both our team and our clients. She is dedicated to enhancing Key PM’s visibility and appeal in a competitive market, consistently finding innovative ways to highlight our properties and attract the right audience.
In addition to her professional qualifications, Pearl’s fluency in Spanish allows her to build strong connections with our Spanish-speaking clients
Marikesha Wheelock
Application Underwriter
Meet Marikesha, a highly skilled and experienced application underwriter with Key Property Management. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Marikesha's passion for property management and helping people led her to pursue a career in the field.
As an application underwriter, Marikesha is responsible for reviewing rental applications and assisting with the property manager in determining whether applicants meet criteria. She takes pride in her ability to help people achieve their housing goals, and she is known for her thoroughness and efficiency in the underwriting process.

Nick Edwards
Director of Maintenance
Nick Edward's is a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring our clients properties run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. As our Director of Maintenance, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property maintenance, from coordinating routine maintenance tasks to major renovation alongside our maintenance vendors.
Nick brings a wealth of experience to the table, with a strong background in handyman services, property management and real estate. He is a strategic leader with a keen eye for detail, ensuring our clients properties have the best maintenance services possible regardless of the situation.
Steven Yang
Maintenance Coordinator
Steven joined Key PM in 2022 as part of our maintenance team. He coordinates maintenance requests, troubleshoots maintenance issues and communicates with owners as well as residents on a daily basis.
Steven Yang is a firm believer in clear communication and a collaborative approach. His goal is to provide a seamless and responsive maintenance experience for everyone on our team, our valued property owners and residents.
Irene Remer
Property Manager - Short Term Rentals
Meet Irene, a passionate vacation rental property manager with over 5 years of experience in the industry. Her love for travel and adventure led her to pursue a career in the vacation rental management industry.
Irene's expertise in property management comes from years of hands-on experience in the hospitality indstry, coupled with a passion for real estate management. She has managed a diverse range of properties, from cozy condominiums to luxurious villas. Irene's attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service have earned her a reputation for excellence in the industry.
When she's not managing vacation properties, Irene can be found exploring new destinations, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with her family and pets. She truly believes that life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest and strives to help her guests do the same during their stay at one of her properties. Cynthia Woodward
Property Manager
Cynthia has worked with Key PM since 2015 and currently manages over 200 homes and condos throughout the valley. She is a licensed Nevada real estate agent and permitted property manager (S.170814, PM.165010)
Robert Hornbuckle
Property Manager and Leasing Agent
Robert relocated to Las Vegas in 1998 from Massachusetts and has not looked back. He spent many years in the local Hotel Management sector in various positions at some of the premier resorts in the valley. Robert joined Key PM in 2011 and specializes in assisting hundreds of prospective tenants and buyers to find the perfect home. Robert is a licensed Nevada Real Estate agent and permitted property manager (S.0171745).
Kirsten Ames
Property Manager
Kirsten has been a part of Key Property Management since 2017 and handles real estate sales within our Real Estate team of Key Realty Southwest. She brings tremendous expertise and leadership to the team as the Director of Real Estate Services at Key PM. Kirsten consistently ranks as one of the top real estate agents in the valley and is a permitted property manager. (S. 0185789, PM. 0167535)
Larissa Babbitt
Marketing and Property Manager
Larissa Babbitt is a dedicated professional at Key PM, bringing her expertise as a Marketing Coordinator, Property Manager (NV PM.0168736), and Field Agent (NV BS.0146884). In her role as Marketing Coordinator, Larissa crafts effective strategies that highlight the unique qualities of each property, driving engagement and attracting the right audiences. Her work in property management includes overseeing daily operations of her assigned properties, tenant relations, and property maintenance to ensure seamless management and client satisfaction.
As a Field Agent, Larissa provides clients with personalized service during property showings, inspections, and on-site visits. Known for her industry insight and approachable style, she builds strong relationships and represents Key PM with professionalism and integrity.
